A vote was held for a debate that raged on the discussion list, "Where should we eat after the meeting?" Voting is now closed but the results are available.

March 1, 1998
The April 1998 meeting will feature Netscape Communications founder Marc Andreessen talking about Netscape and the founding of the Mozilla Project. Afterwards, SVLUG will have buses running to San Francisco for the enormous and historic party celebrating the open-sourcing of Netscape's browser.

November 5, 1997
The November 1997 meeting will feature SVLUG President Ben Spade speaking about "Using your Linux Box as a Gateway to the Internet".
